Indicates if non-stock items (stockmax = 0) should be included in the service group calculation. If selected, the service group target may not be reached.
• When selected or Yes, then the non-asl SKU's demand is included in the service group optimization.
• When not selected or No, then the non-asl SKU's demand is excluded from the service group optimization.
