Good stock quantities (on hand good, fixed, on order, allocated, backorder) for down-chain parts added to the equivalent quantities of up-chain parts when assessing the stock position of the up-chain part. Used for Replace relationships only, when the down-chain parts are usable for addressing demand for the up-chain part. Prevents procurement or repair of the up-chain part when there are usable down-chain parts.
