Reason (general)
The reason the SKU Override was created. Override Reasons are defined on the Override Reasons page.

The required entry of an override reason is controlled by the global setting MEO_OVERRIDE_CODE_REQUIRED.
• When set to False (which is the default value), an override reason is not required to change the state of the override.
• When set to True, an override reason is required when entering an override. The state of the override will not change to RECOMMENDED until the override reason is populated.
