Enable the Price Feedback Management Feature
Use these instructions to enable the Price Feedback Management feature.
1. Set the following Global Settings:
ENABLE_PRC_FEEDBACK_MANAGEMENT
2. Do the following for each user to define the rights for each user:
a. Enter Users in the Go to box and select the page from the list of matches.
b. Click that appears next to a user name.
c. Select the Price Optimization tab and set the following permissions for the user:
Process
Rights
Price Feedback
Select the following rights:
• View
• Modify
• Modify ‘Use for Market Stats’
3. Verify that there are type records saved on the Price Feedback Type page.
4. Verify that there are type records saved on the Price Feedback Resolution Type page.
5. Verify that there are status records saved on the Price Feedback Status page.
