An indicator of when a simulator will prepare the start data. Valid options are:
• No, the simulator assumes the start data was already provided and does not prepare any data in the following technical tables:

◦ IPCS_SIM_SALES_ORDER_START
◦ IPCS_SIM_ORDER_PLAN_START
◦ IPCS_SIM_SALES_RETURN

To run a simulator a second time, set this field to No to keep the same initial snapshot that was used in the first simulator run for repetitive simulator runs.
