An identifier that is used to describe different planners or groups of planners. First, the Planner Code is defined on the Planner Code page. Then parts are assigned a Planner Code, and the Planner Code is assigned to a planner. The Planner Code can be used to assign certain planners or types of planners with the responsibilities of planning for specific parts/locations. For example, a planner that is assigned Planner Code AB is responsible for planning all parts with a Planner Code of AB.
