New Buy Budget Scope
The method for applying budget constraints. Valid options are:
• Interval - The same budget constraint is applied to every period.
• Fiscal Year - The Fiscal Optimization feature is enabled and the fiscal calendar year is applied to the periods.

This parameter does not affect the enforcement of Stock Maximum Value Constraints.
