Last Time Buy — Reactivate
An action that allows a previously finalized Last Time Buy SKU to be reopened and modified. This is typically done when new information such as updated forecasts, supplier changes, or planning errors necessitates adjustments to the original Last Time Buy plan. Only Last Time Buy SKUs with a Last Time Buy Status of Monitoring can be reactivated.
Use these instructions to reactivate a finalized Last Time Buy SKU:
1. Enter Last Time Buy Work Queue in the Go to box to search for the page, then select the page from the resulting list of matches.
2. Do one of the following to reset the status of a Last Time Buy scenario to Recommended:
◦ Select one or more approved records, click Run on the toolbar and select Reactivate Last Time Buy for selected SKUs.
◦ Select one or more approved records, click Run on the toolbar and select Reactivate Last Time Buy for locations.
When you run the Reactivate process, a series of operations are performed that reset the Last Time Buy SKU to a modifiable state.

Reactivation is location-specific. Even if a Global Last Time Buy location is designated, each regional location must be managed independently.
Reactivation does not automatically delete the previous Last Time Buy order. You must manually manage any downstream impacts.
The associated Planning Scenario must be recalculated to move the SKU from a Last Time Buy Status of Unplanned to In Progress — Recommendation
