Export
You can export data in one of the following ways, depending on the action available in the toolbar.
Export Buttons (, Export Button, or Export Button)
1. Click , Export Button, or Export Button and select one of the following options:
Export to Text File
Exports the headers and all the visible records on the page.
Export All Rows to Text File
Exports the headers and all records in the data set.

This option shows if there are more than 500 records in the data set.
Export to Excel
Exports all the visible records on the page to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Export All Rows to CSV
Exports all records in the data set to a CSV file.
Export All Rows to Excel
Exports all records in the data set to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

2. Depending on the page, one of these methods for saving and viewing the exported data appears:

Select one of the options in the dialog box to continue.
Click that appears next to the export button to open the exported data in a CSV format.
Import and Export Button ( or Export and Import Button)
1. Click or Export and Import Button and select one of the following options:
Import
Export to Text File
Export All Rows
There may be other options available, depending on which page is loaded. Some pages have more specific import and export options, such as the Part Causal Type page, which has these options:
Import Demand History
Export Demand History
Import Forecast Detail
Export Forecast Detail
Click that appears next to the export button to open the exported data in a CSV format.
Export to Excel Template
On the Daily Balance Detail Report you can select Export to Excel Template to create a multi-tabbed spreadsheet of the data in the Daily Balance Detail Report. These are the tabs that are included on the Excel spreadsheet
Tab Name
Description
ReferenceSheet
The exported data that is a reference point for other the other tabs and charts

Do not make changes to any data on this tab
Grid
The Reference Data that is grouped per the structure of the Daily Balance Detail Report
PivotTable
The Reference Data organized as a pivot table. Use this sheet to view the inventory information for quick decision making.
Graph
The Reference Data presented in a graph
PivotTables-DateFilter
The Reference Data organized as a pivot table for all charts in the Graph tab and the Dashboard tab. Expand or collapse the table hierarchy based on time period from year to date level. Use the Chart button to view the chart for the associated pivot table.
Dashboard
A view of multiple widgets that displays the following:
Backorder Trend
Total Incoming and Outgoing Good
Bad Received and Bad Sent
Incoming Good - Stacked classification (classification for all incoming goods in stacked bar graph format)
Outgoing good -Stacked classification (classification for all outgoing goods in stacked bar graph format)
The widgets can be filters based on time period (Years, Quarters, Months, Date)
Expand or collapse the graph in time horizon using the + and - icons on each widget
Use the Go To Data button to navigate to data for the associated chart|
