This is the value that is compared with safety stock to decide if an order should be placed when using a time-phased ordering policy. Calculated as: Ending On Hand Good - Total Backorder - Need Until Next Available Date - Replenishment Deficit from Trigger Point Children - Total Deficit from Time Phased Children + Avoid Procure Amount + Avoid Chain Transfer Amount + Already Ordered Amount
