Condemnation Rate
The rate the part is not repairable at any location.

This field is visible when the ENABLE_NRTS global setting is set to False.
• When set to False, the Condemnation Rate field can be displayed and will have a value for the root location and will be blank for all other locations. The Inventory Optimization calculation derives a blended scrap rate given the return wash rate, repair wash rate and no fault found rate for the root location in the replenishment hierarchy.
• When set to True, the Condemnation Rate field cannot be displayed, as it will never have a value for any SKU.
