The weighting factor, defined on the Composite Weight Factor Profile page, to be use for a given forecast stream when using the Composite Forecasting feature. The profiles can contain multiple detail records, and the detail records define different weight factors with accompanying start and end dates. The weight factors are time-phased, and if the End Date is null, then the same weight factor is used for all time periods from the Start Date to the end of the forecast horizon.
