Examples of Audit Trail Records
The Audit Trail page displays a single row for each action. The fields that were impacted by the action are contained in the Description field.
ABC Class Sets
The following is an example of the audit records that resulted when an ABC Class Set was added.
ABC Parameters
The following is an example of the audit records that resulted when an ABC Parameter was added.
Action Parameters
The following is an example of the audit records that resulted when an Action Parameter was added.
AutoPilot Parameters
The following is an example of the audit records that resulted when an AutoPilot Parameter was added.
Balancing Parameters
The following is an example of the audit records that resulted when a Balancing Parameter was added.
Exception Criteria
The activity on the following fields is recorded:
• Name
• Exception Description
• Resolution Description
• View Type
• Include in Optimization Set
• Level
• Compare To
• SQL Method (when SQL Method = Manual SQL
◦ When the SQL Method = Manual SQL, activity is recorded as one record for each activity (add/change/delete)
◦ When the SQL Method = SQL Builder, activity is recorded as one record for each activity (add/change/delete) of the above mentioned fields and a record for each activity (add/change/delete) SQL criterion statement in the SQL Builder section.

Optimization Set
The activity on the following fields is recorded:
• Name
• Description
• Category

Time Phased Service Groups
The activity on the following fields is recorded as one record:
• Begin Period
• Comments
• Fields on the Service Targets tab
• Fields on the Budget Constraints tab
The activity on the following fields is recorded as individual by location records:
• Fields on the Location Targets tab
• Fields on the Contract Targets tab
