Approve Limit
The maximum amount that the user can approve for an order, in the local currency. For example, entering 10000 in the Approve Limit field, the user can only approve up to 10000 dollars (or units of the local currency) worth of inventory per order.

The Approve Limit is validated against the Planned Quantity * Price per Unit. If the Planned Quantity * Price per Unit exceeds the Approve Limit, then the user is not allowed to finish the approval process for the order.
