Annual Transportation Cost
The cost to transport the part from the vendor location in the local currency. The Transport Cost on an order is evaluated using a waterfall approach:
• For Replenishment, Balance, and Excess Recall orders:
◦ The Variable Transportation Cost defined on the Replenishment/Balancing SKU Lead Time page is given priority.
▪ If there is no Variable Transportation Cost defined on the Replenishment/Balancing SKU Lead Time page, then the Variable Transportation Cost defined on the Replenishment/Balancing Lead Time page is used.
• For Procurement, and Repair orders:
◦ The Transport Cost defined on the Vendor Location SKU Lead Time page is given priority.
▪ If there is no Transport Cost defined on the Vendor Location SKU Lead Time page, then the Transport Cost defined on the Vendor Location Parts page is used.
▪ If there is no Transport Cost defined on the Vendor Location Parts, then the Transport Cost defined on the Vendor Location Lead Time page is used.
