Alerts Workflow for Collaboration
Use these steps to collaborate using alerts:
1. Create an alert.
2. Select the user you are collaborating with on the To field.
3. Set the date the alert is to be activated.

Until the set alert date is reached, the future alert remains in the Future Alerts sub-tab of the user you selected on the To field. The alert is not visible to other users.
4. When the date that is specified as the alert date is reached, the future alert appears as today’s alert in the Review Alerts tab.
5. The collaborating user can view the alert sent by you.

The To and From functionality for Alerts can be disabled for the Pricing module by setting the PRC_PRICING_ONLY_IMP global settings to true. All alerts are visible to all users when this global setting is true.
