The fields associated with the Snapshot Management page are the parameters that can be set for each snapshot. Some fields can be configured to display on the page, while other fields are only visible when creating or editing snapshot parameters, or viewing the parameters that were defined for a snapshot.

Field

Description

Created By

The Sign In Name of the user that created the record.

Created Date

The date the record was created.

Custom 1 – 5

Fields that allow you to enter information to be stored with the snapshot parameters.

Description

A phrase or title that gives a description or meaning to an entity.

In Use

An indicator of whether or not the record is associated with a Modeling Instance.

• On the Sandbox Pool page:

◦ Yes, indicates that the sandbox is paired with a snapshot on the Modeling Instances page.

◦ No, indicates that the sandbox is not in use.

• On the Snapshot Management page:

◦ Yes, indicates that the snapshot is paired with a sandbox on the Modeling Instances page.

◦ No, indicates that the snapshot is not in use.

Name

The unique identifier for a record.

Schedule Run

An indicator of whether the snapshot or modeling instance can be processed.

• Yes indicates that the snapshot or modeling instance can be processed

• No indicates that the snapshot or modeling instance cannot be processed

Snapshot Date

The date when the database backup was taken.

Snapshot Dump File Name

The system-generated name of the output file that contains the records for the snapshot run.

Snapshot Schema

The database name of the modeling instance.

Snapshot Source

The source of the snapshot data. Valid options are:

• Production

• An existing modeling instance

Status

The status of the snapshot process.

Status	Description
Pending	The creation of the snapshot has not processed
Running	The creation of the snapshot is in process
Success	The creation of the snapshot completed successfully
Failed	The creation of the snapshot did not complete successfully

Updated By

The user that made the most recent update to the record.

Updated Date

The date/time that the user made the most recent update to the record.
