Sort by Multiple Columns
On most pages a secondary sort can also be applied. For example, you could sort by Part Name (primary sort) and then by Part Cost(secondary sort).

A single sort that is applied to a column takes precedence over multiple column sorting. To apply multiple column sorting the single sort must be removed from the column.

1. Click the

on the toolbar of the page. The
Configure window appears.
2. Select the Sort Order tab.
3. Do any of the following:
a. Use the
left/right arrows to add columns to or remove columns from the
Sorted Columns box.
b. Use the
up/down arrows to specify the display order for the selected columns.
4. Click Save.
5. If the page name listed in the URL contains “.spp”, then you must sign out and then sign in again to activate the multiple column sort selection.
